All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
3. Made to Order
All artwork sold by Stoney Ground is made to order. Production times may take up to 14 days before dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over £99.99. A flat shipping rate of £5.50 applies to orders under £99.99. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier services. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
As all artwork is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. In the event of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
